We currently offer informal, home-style creole cooking for small numbers of people at “The Shack”. Whilst hardly a restaurant, this is proving extremely popular with many guests who love the peace and tranquility of this unique setting.
The CGI’s of the future “Canopy” restaurant are shown above. The project has received approval from the Seychelles Investment Bureau and has now commenced to detailed architectural stage.
The menu at the restaurant will be inspired from different countries’ specialities so that it will appeal to the diverse clientèle. You will be able to enjoy a range of freshly baked breads, fine meats and cheeses, locally caught seafood as well as fruit, vegetables and spices grown on the estate.
The downstairs all-day dining restaurant will have a casual atmosphere, catering largely to beach guests and passing cyclists. The beach restaurant will open from 10:30am until 6pm and will serve a mixture of brunch and light-bite lunches.
The upstairs fine-dining restaurant will be for private bookings and fine dining only and will operate daily from 6pm until 10pm. The restaurant will offer a range of fine wines from the Club cellars. The menu will concentrate on international cuisine from around the world as well as modern versions of the local specialities.
